  • Not typically as they are conducted in a group format.

  • No, you will need to call our office to speak with a staff member as this intake process is different.

 What is Level II Education?

  • This is the first program that is often required for any DUI/DWAI. It is 12 sessions/24 hours. This must be completed first before moving to Level II Therapy.

What is Level II Therapy?

  • This program focus more on therapeutic skills and begins after Level II Education is completed. It ranges from 21 sessions to 43 sessions depending on BAC and prior DUI/DWAI charges.

  • Yes, The state of Colorado has approved telehealth options. We are licensed by the BHA.

Can I transfer classes from another agency?

  • Yes, any classes completed previously with other BHA providers can be transferred to What's Next Counseling.

I need an Affidavit of Enrollment for the DMV to show proof of enrollment. How do I get this form?

  •  To receive an Affidavit of Enrollment, you must first complete your intake appointment, submit all required enrollment paperwork, and have your account paid in full. Once these requirements have been completed, an Affidavit of Enrollment can be issued. Please ask your counselor to provide this document. We will complete it and place it in the portal for your signature. It will save in your "Completed Documents" in your Reliatrax portal.

How do I access my portal?

  •  You can access your client portal using the website provided during your intake appointment. You can also access the portal anytime through our website by selecting the Reliatrax tab.

Where do I find my appointments?

  • Once you are logged into your portal, click "Appointments" to view your scheduled enrollment or group sessions. On the far right, you will see a blue icon that looks like a person inside a box. Click this icon to access the Zoom meeting.

How do I complete paperwork?

  •  From the home screen of your client portal, locate the box labeled Tasks. Any required paperwork will appear as a blue highlighted task. Click on each task, answer all questions thoroughly, and be sure to click Submit when finished. Once your paperwork has been successfully submitted, the completed task will disappear from your task list. All required tasks must be completed to start group.

What if my portal isn't working?

  1. Open the portal using a different web browser.
  2. Clear your browser history, cache, and cookies and try again.
  3. If you are having trouble with your password, select the option to reset your password.

If you have tried these steps and are still unable to access your portal, please call or text our office for assistance.

What happens if I miss a class?

  •  If you are unable to attend a scheduled group session, you must email your counselor and notify them of your absence. If you do not contact your counselor, you will be assessed a $10 no-show fee.

What happens if I'm late to group?

  • Clients are allowed to be no more than 10 minutes late to a group session. If you are too late to attend, you must email your counselor to notify them of your absence to prevent a no-show fee. Missed classes cannot be made up unless approved by your counselor.

Do I have to keep my camera on during group?

  •  Yes. All clients are required to remain on camera for the entire group session. Your entire face must be clearly visible. Cameras showing only your forehead, the ceiling, a wall, or another area will not meet the attendance requirements.

Can I attend group from my car or while walking around?

  •  Clients must attend group from a private, distraction-free location and remain on camera throughout the session. You may attend from your vehicle as long as the vehicle is parked, not moving, and you are alone. You may not attend group while driving. Clients are not permitted to attend while walking around or participating in other activities. Virtual groups should be treated the same as an in-person session. Please plan to remain seated, attentive, and engaged for the duration of the group.

 How much are classes?

  •   All group sessions are $30 per session. We offer a 10% pay-in-full discount for clients who choose to pay for their entire program upfront. To receive this discount, the full payment must be made by your first group session.

How do I make a payment?

  •  Log into your Reliatrax Client Portal and select "Make a Payment." Enter your payment under the specific service or program you are currently attending. It is very important that you apply your payment to the correct service line. Payments made to the wrong service may result in a credit showing in one area while a balance remains due in another.

 What is a probation voucher?

  •    A probation voucher is funding that may be provided by your probation officer if you are eligible. Vouchers are issued for a specific date range and may only be used during that approved period. If your voucher expires or does not cover an upcoming group, you are responsible for self-paying for your sessions until additional voucher funding is approved.

  When is payment due?

  •  Payments should be made prior to attending your group session. Your account should show a green credit balance indicating that you have prepaid for your upcoming group. Clients may owe for no more than one group session. Before attending the next group, your previous balance must be paid. Your account must show at least a $0 balance to be admitted into group.

What happens if I have a balance?

  •  Clients are not permitted to continue attending group while carrying an unpaid balance. We allow clients to owe for one group session. However, before attending your next scheduled group, the outstanding balance must be paid. Your account must show at least a $0 balance, or you may prepay so that a credit is available for that day's group session.

When will my completion paperwork be sent?

  •    Once you have successfully completed your program, your completion documentation will be sent to your probation officer within 24–48 hours. You will also receive a copy of your completion form. A copy will be available in your ReliaTrax Client Portal under Completed Documents for your records.

Will you send documentation to my probation officer or the DMV?

  •   Yes. We will send your completion documentation directly to your probation officer within 24–48 hours of successfully completing your program. We do not submit completion documentation to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). If the DMV requires proof of completion, it is the client’s responsibility to upload the documentation through their DMV portal.

Can I receive my completion paperwork if I have a balance or attend my last group?

  •     No. Your account must be paid in full before attending your final group session. Before your last class, your account must show that any previous balance has been paid and that you have a $30 credit available for your final group session. Clients will not be admitted into their final group until these payment requirements have been met. Once you have attended your final session and all program requirements have been successfully completed, your completion documentation can be issued.
