
Amy de Held, CAS is the Director and Owner of What’s Next Counseling and a Certified Addictions Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. She earned her Addictions Counselor credential in 2009 and has since worked across a wide range of settings, including domestic violence programs, offender treatment, and youth services.
Amy brings extensive knowledge of Colorado DUI laws and requirements, allowing her to effectively guide clients through the legal and clinical aspects of treatment. She is known for creating engaging, supportive, and interactive group environments that encourage personal growth and accountability.
Her approach focuses on helping individuals make meaningful, lasting changes by building on their strengths and developing practical tools to achieve their goals. Amy is passionate about empowering clients to move forward with confidence and create a healthier, more balanced future.
Outside of her professional work, Amy enjoys spending time golfing, camping, and relaxing at the lake with friends and family.
Jennifer is a Certified Addictions Specialist. Jennifer Albo-DiLullo is a native of Colorado. She is married to her husband of 15 years. Jennifer and her husband have two children together. In 2009 Jennifer, began her career in substance abuse counseling in-patient residential treatment for woman. Jennifer has diverse background ranging from in-patient, out-patient, specialty court programming, Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Soboxone patients, and adolescent care. Jennifer is currently working for What's Next Counseling as a contract counselor providing DUI Education and Therapy groups. Jennifer's hobbies are spending time with family camping, riding their jetski and visiting Disneyland and Disney World as often as possible.

Susie Love is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. She received her Master’s in Counseling from the University of Denver and undergraduate training from Truman State University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her years of experience includes working in a variety of settings with individuals, groups and families. In addition, she has provided education to clients and staff at various businesses. Care offered includes counseling, coaching, and hypnotherapy which are efficient therapeutic tools for physical, behavioral, and emotional states to enhance mental health, well-being, provide emotional transformation and increase the healing process more rapidly.

Christy was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. From a young age, she developed a strong passion for helping others, which led her to pursue a career in the behavioral health field. Christy is currently a Certified Addictions Technician and is working toward her Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) credential at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She brings both professional training and personal recovery experience into her work, allowing her to connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way.
Christy is deeply committed to supporting individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment and is known for going above and beyond to help her clients succeed in their recovery journey.
Outside of her professional life, Christy is engaged to her fiancé and is a proud “pom mom” to her fur baby, Da Vinci. She enjoys spending time at home but also has a growing passion for travel and new experiences.
Christy is excited to be part of the What’s Next Counseling team as she continues to grow in the addictions counseling field and make a positive impact in the lives of others..

Eshay is currently a compassionate clinical residential counselor and contract counselor. She is dedicated to supporting individuals across mental health, social service, and educational settings. She brings a strong, client-centered approach to her work, focusing on building meaningful therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment for those she serves.
Eshay has experience in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation, allowing her to effectively support clients through a wide range of challenges. She is skilled in trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, and individualized client support, and is known for her empathetic presence and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at MSU Denver, with an expected graduation in May 2026. Following graduation, Eshay plans to continue working toward her Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credential.
Eshay is passionate about continued learning and professional growth, and she is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve lasting, positive change.
